Lloyd Morgan China in Umbria, Italy, seeks an experienced Controller to join the plant management team. The Controller will coordinate and supervise administrative and accounting activities at the production site, ensuring compliance with Italian standards and Group policies.

The role covers closing cycles, budgeting, tax filings, audits, internal controls, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to support plant performance.

Competenze

• 5–8 years of experience in Management Control, Administration, or related sectors.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, tax, and fiscal regulations (Italy).
• Knowledge of financial statement preparation principles.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and supervise the administrative and accounting activities at the production site.
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing; prepare financial statements and management reports for Group consolidation.
• Drive annual budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis.
• Manage invoice processing, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and basic cash flow records.
• Coordinate with Group and external auditors for annual and interim audits.
• Assist in establishing and enforcing internal control procedures in line with HQ.
• Collaborate with production, procurement, sales and other departments.
