LU-VE is seeking a Plant Controller for its plant in Italy, based in Flumignano di Talmassons (UD) or Limana (BL). The role leads the Plant Leadership Team, driving budgeting, costing, and financial planning to improve site performance.

You will coordinate KPI sets, perform variance analyses, manage CapEx evaluations, and provide monthly margin reports to leadership, while liaising with auditors and cross-functional teams.

Competenze

• 3–5 years experience in similar roles in industrial multinationals
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or related field

Mansioni

• Implement and monitor KPI set to track financial performance
• Calculate product cost and analyze variances vs standards
• Coordinate yearly costing updates for standard costs
• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecast processes
• Define and monitor manufacturing hourly rates
• Provide monthly gross margins analysis to management
• Analyze cost of goods sold and variances; assess materials and value added items
• Evaluate month-end stock against standard cost and actuals
• Prepare and discuss monthly site performance reviews
• Evaluate CapEx and project opportunities from a financial perspective
• Support audits and join project teams to promote financial awareness
