Lear For You in Lombardy, Italy, is seeking an Assistant Plant Controller to support the plant’s financial performance, reporting accuracy, and compliance. You’ll work with the Plant Controller and cross‑functional teams to provide insights and maintain internal controls in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Finance degree, 2+ years in financial controlling, fluency in English and Italian, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with ERP systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in financial controlling, accounting, auditing, or a related finance function.
• Fluency in English and Italian with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems.

Mansioni

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to deliver accurate and timely financial information.
• Analyze plant performance, manufacturing costs, and profitability trends to identify improvement opportunities and support loss reduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements within assigned areas.
• Prepare regular and ad hoc financial reports and provide analysis to support business and operational decisions.
• Monitor inventory valuation, standard costing, and bill of materials accuracy to maintain reliable product costing records.
• Review customer and supplier pricing data and analyze turnover, margins, and profitability by product, customer, or market.
• Manage financial data maintenance and uploads within ERP and reporting systems, including Hyperion.
• Support month-end closing activities by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and resolving financial discrepancies.
