Job summary

Bonatti is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the team for a new Pipeline Project in Central Italy. The role focuses on supporting the Project Management Team in all contractual and commercial matters, ensuring proper administration of the contract and protection of the company's interests during execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in contract administration, contract management, or commercial management on pipeline, infrastructure, construction, EPC, energy, or oil & gas projects.
• On-site project experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Management in the administration and execution of the Client Contract.
• Monitor contractual obligations, milestones, and deliverables to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Provide contractual guidance to site and project teams on interpretation and application of contract provisions.
• Draft, review, and manage contractual correspondence with Client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in preparation and management of variation orders, claims, notices, extensions of time, and other contractual entitlements.
• Identify contractual risks and opportunities, proposing mitigation and recovery actions.
• Maintain comprehensive records of contractual events, communications and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with project controls, planning, procurement, construction, and legal to align on contractual matters.
• Assist in dispute avoidance and resolution processes and negotiations as required.
• Prepare contractual reports and provide regular updates to Project Management on key issues.
