Job summary

Haleon, a global consumer health company, is seeking a Product and Process Engineer for the Aprilia site to drive development, validation and tech transfer of manufacturing and cleaning processes. You will lead cross-functional teams, author validation reports, and ensure alignment with CQAs/CPPs throughout product life cycles.

The role requires a scientific degree and 2–5 years in a GxP environment, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a GxP regulated pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and validation of manufacturing processes and cleaning procedures across functions.
• Prepare documentation for development/validation trials (protocols, reports, SOPs, sampling plans).
• Analyze stability data to support shelf-life and regulatory commitments.
• Support de-risking, supplier collaboration and change controls.
• Perform CPV and statistical trend analysis to ensure validated state of control.
