Viseven Group is a leading global B2B MarTech service provider for Pharma and Life Sciences, with 700+ professionals and a presence in 30+ countries. We seek a Product Owner/PM to translate strategy into actionable backlogs, prioritize work, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-value features.

The role requires 2+ years in product roles, pharma domain experience, and strong Jira/Confluence skills, plus English proficiency.

Formación

• 2+ years experience in Product Owner/PM/Delivery Manager roles.
• 1+ years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences IT domain.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven products, including model lifecycle.
• Strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
• English proficiency - upper-intermediate level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Translate product-line strategy into actionable team backlogs and validate sprint outcomes to ensure steady execution.
• Own and continuously prioritize the team backlog to ensure development efforts focus on highest-value work that fulfills product goals.
• Define sprint goals, participate in sprint planning, and coordinate with the team to ensure realistic commitments.
• Collaborate with Product Management and stakeholders to refine product features based on validated market and customer insights.
• Plan releases (team-level) in collaboration with the Engineering Manager and PO defines scope.
• Participate in feature acceptance testing and demos to validate quality and completeness.
• Coordinate cross-team epics and ensure alignment on shared functionality.
• Support estimation process and work with EM to obtain approvals.
