You will lead maintenance activities, plan and execute both planned and unplanned work, and support safety and compliance in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering/science, with expertise in CMMS, diagnostics, and lean manufacturing principles.

- Experience in roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Minimum 5 years in similar maintenance/engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering/Science (preferred fields: process/chemical/mechanical/automation).
Mansioni
- Ensure reliability and continuous improvement of equipment and systems.
- Perform routine inspections and mechanical/electrical repairs.
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
- Plan and schedule maintenance work (planned and unplanned).
- Monitor inventory and manage contractor work.
- Document maintenance activities for records and audits.
