Job summary

Pharmatec SRL seeks an experienced Electrical Construction Manager to oversee the installation of a new electrical substation on a major pharmaceutical project. The role demands a strong electrical engineering background, proven construction management expertise, and delivery in regulated pharma manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities include leading on-site construction, coordinating multiple contractors, ensuring safety, and supporting commissioning readiness to hand over the system

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical construction management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Track record in installation or upgrade of industrial electrical substations and power distribution systems.
• Technical knowledge of MV/LV electrical infrastructure, switchgear, transformers, and associated electrical installations.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and coordinate construction activities in complex, highly regulated manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of construction safety, quality assurance, and site execution requirements.
• Fluent Italian is mandatory, as the role requires daily coordination with local contractors, site personnel, and technical stakeholders.
• P.IVA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, approved engineering documentation, and HSE requirements.
• Manage electrical contractors and subcontractors, overseeing execution quality, construction progress, and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate the installation of electrical substation equipment and associated power distribution infrastructure.
• Manage construction interfaces across engineering, site operations, contractors, and commissioning teams.
• Oversee site inspections, quality control activities, and resolution of technical issues arising during construction.
• Support construction completion, system handover, and commissioning readiness.
