Third Federal Savings & Loan is hiring a full-time Customer Service Professional at our Naples branch (1410 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34108). The role focuses on meaningful customer connections, handling banking transactions, and supporting all branch operations in a family-like environment.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of personal banker experience and exceptional service, with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Competenze

Role Summary

We are looking for a high-performing customer service professional to join our team at our Naples Branch (1410 Pine Ridge Road, Naples, FL 34108). Our anticipated pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00 per hour. At Third Federal, we’re committed to transparency throughout the hiring process. The pay range listed is based on relevant market data, role responsibilities, and skills required for the position. Individual pay will be thoughtfully determined by a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
