Mercy is seeking experienced registered nurses for inpatient pediatrics to provide high-quality patient care on a 7p-7a shift with rotational weekends/holidays. The role emphasizes adherence to Mercy Service Standards, patient rights, and confidentiality while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams.

New grads may be considered for Fall 2026 with extensive onboarding support; sign-on bonuses and education assistance are offered, along with shift and weekend differentials to reward experience

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification or completion within 30 days of hire.

Mansioni

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains accountability for care provided to assigned patients.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.
