Banner Health is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the Clinical Care Operations unit in Casa Grande, AZ. You will provide routine patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support RN staff during night shifts (6:00pm–6:30am) with rotating weekends/holidays.

A hire-on bonus is available for eligible, certified/licensed CNAs. You will work in a 141-bed facility, contributing to compassionate patient care and efficient unit operations while maintaining accurate documentation in the EMR

• Current CNA certification or eligibility is required.
• Ability to provide routine patient care and support.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
