Mercy is seeking experienced registered nurses or Fall 2026 graduates for Pediatric ICU night shifts (7p-7a) with weekend/holiday rotations. The role emphasizes patient-centered nursing care, compliance with Mercy Service Standards, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.

Eligible candidates may receive sign-on bonuses scaled by experience, education assistance, relocation support for full-time staff, and comprehensive health benefits.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining an active RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or completion within 30 days of hire.
