LuxExperience is seeking a Payment Data Analyst in Milan to collect, manage and analyze online payments data, building insights that drive decisions. You will use Power BI/Looker to create impactful visuals and generate regular KPI reports for executives.

The role collaborates with IT, Finance, Fraud Prevention and Legal to optimize payment operations and costs, while advancing data-driven strategies. With a focus on data modeling and ETL, you will support product development and monitor payment

Competenze

• Experience in Data Analytics within e-commerce preferred.
• Proficient in data visualization tools (Power BI/Looker/MicroStrategy).
• Strong MS Excel and Google Suite skills.
• Experience in database management (SQL), ETL and data modeling.
• Degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Engineering requested; economics/business backgrounds welcome.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Italian.

Mansioni

• Collect, manage and analyze online payments data to identify trends and scenarios.
• Use Power BI/Looker to present findings to stakeholders.
• Generate regular reports on payment processing metrics and KPIs; support C-Level decisions.
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven strategies.
