Job summary

MUSC Health Florence Medical Center in Florence, SC is seeking a full-time Hospital Transporter. Responsible for safe, efficient, and timely transport of patients throughout the campus, and for moving medical equipment such as wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, beds, and related items.

The role reports to the Division Operations Manager, requires a High School Diploma and 0–6 months experience. Workweek is 40 hours; pay is hourly with state health and retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients safely and efficiently throughout the MUSC campus.
• Move and position essential medical equipment including wheelchairs, oxygen tanks, and beds.
