Job summary

Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solution Architect to drive technical outcomes with our Channel & Alliances teams. You will mentor partner engineers, guide joint sales efforts, and ensure successful deployments of Datadog across customer environments.

The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic advocacy, requiring deep experience with cloud, observability tools, and DevOps practices. You’ll bridge Datadog product teams and partner resources to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Experience with observability tools and monitoring platforms.
Hands-on with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience with containers and orchestration.

Responsibilities

Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources.
Participate in joint business planning to align Datadog and Partner teams.
Collaborate to support partner initiatives like demos and proofs of value; run enablement workshops.
Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with Datadog teams to drive resolution.
Analyze partner services and advise on better adoption of Datadog features.
Work with product, engineering and services to identify new features and priorities.
Curate lead/best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success.
