Job summary

Kids&Us in Rome is seeking an energetic and fun English teacher to join our team for a fixed-term position until May, with the possibility of a permanent contract. The role requires a strong interest in teaching, English proficiency, flexibility with hours, and the ability to work well with children aged 1 to 18.

Training on our method will be provided; university students in Languages or Pedagogy are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Teaching experience is a plus but not required.
• University students in Languages or Pedagogy are highly considered.
• Strong interest in teaching and learning a new method.
• Advanced or Proficiency level in English.
• Team player and able to work in a school community.
• Resident living in Rome.

Responsibilities

• Prepare classes using Kids&Us methods with songs, games, stories and arts and crafts.
• Monitor student progress and guide learners toward goals.
• Develop strong, meaningful relationships with students, their families, and peers and mentors to support growth.
• Communicate in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
