Kemin Food Technologies seeks a Production Manager for its Parma site to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient production that meets customer demand and business goals.

You will drive OEE improvements, coordinate with cross-functional teams, develop people, and support cost management and continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on GMP practices and training.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial/chemical engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in food and/or chemical-pharmaceutical industries.
• Experience in production management with supervision of resources.
• Good English knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain strong safety culture and regulatory compliance.
• Improve OEE, throughput, and overall manufacturing performance.
• Reduce waste, rework, and production losses.
• Ensure on-time delivery and service reliability.
• Develop people and build a high-performing production organization.
• Support cost management and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure SOPs and training for equipment and procedures.
• Adhere to GMP and sanitation standards with the department.
• Coordinate production at Crema and Parma plants.
• Manage resources across two production sites.
