Easyfairs UK & Global – An Award-Winning Event Company! invites a highly motivated marketing intern to join the team in Milan for Packaging Première, the luxury packaging and design show.

You will handle campaigns, liaise with exhibitors, manage social media, and help maintain the event website and app, while collaborating with sales and operations to ensure timely marketing activity.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Management.
• Native Italian speaker or near-native level (C2 or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Extremely organized with ability to multi-task across projects.
• Attention to detail.
• Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Execution of tactical marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, email, online and PR campaigns.
• Liaising with exhibitors and external partners to support production and distribution of promotional materials.
• Support event-related communication tasks, social media management and engagement.
• Ongoing maintenance and development of event websites and app.
• Working closely with sales and operations to ensure timely marketing activity.
• Coordinate event support staff, including recruitment and on-site activities.
• Assist with collecting and organizing materials from exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.
