Easyfairs UK & Global is offering a marketing internship for motivated placement year students to join our portfolio marketing team and gain hands-on experience across a full campaign cycle for international exhibitions.

Join Packaging Première in Milan, collaborate with exhibitors, designers and printers, support digital and PR activities, and help develop event websites and social media. Native Italian, fluent English, and organizational excellence are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Event Management.
• Native Italian speaker (C2 or equivalent).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Extremely organized and able to multi-task across projects.
• Team player who can also work on their own initiative.
• Strong drive for continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Execution of tactical marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, email, online and PR campaigns.
• Liaising with exhibitors and external partners (designers, printers, mailing houses) to support production and distribution of promotional materials.
• Support event-related communication tasks, social media management and engagement.
• Ongoing maintenance and development of event websites and apps.
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing activity.
• Coordinate event support staff, including recruitment and on-site activities.
• Assist with collecting and organizing materials from exhibitors, sponsors and partners.

Responsibilities will include:

• Execution of tactical marketing plans including advertising, direct mail, email, online and PR campaigns

The ideal candidate will:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, such as Marketing or Event Management.
• Be Native Italian speaker or near-native level (C2 or equivalent)
• Be Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Be extremely organised and able to multi-task across a number of projects simultaneously
• Ensure attention to detail
• Be a team player – who can also work on their own initiative
• Have a strong drive for continuous improvement
