Philips in Genoa, Italy, seeks a PACS Subject Matter Expert to support Radiology Informatics across Europe. You will act as the central technical escalation point, provide expert troubleshooting, and lead investigations to restore services and prevent recurrences.

The role requires 2+ years in PACS/Healthcare IT, strong communication, and fluency in English. Expect collaboration with regional teams, R&D, and 24/7 on-call duties, with on-site visits as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of PACS and Healthcare IT experience.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Engineering, Integration, or Implementation of healthcare IT solutions.

Mansioni

• Serve as the PACS Subject Matter Expert and central technical escalation point for complex PACS incidents across Europe.
• Provide expert troubleshooting, technical guidance, and ownership of escalated incidents through resolution.
• Lead technical investigations, impact assessments, and root cause analyses to drive service restoration and prevent recurrence.
• Analyze PACS applications, logs, configurations, databases, and infrastructure components to identify and resolve issues.
• Support Major Incident and Technical Crisis Management activities.
• Collaborate with regional support teams and R&D/L3 teams, ensuring escalations are supported by clear technical evidence.
• Create technical incident reports and contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proactively identify risks related to service availability, data integrity, security, and operational continuity.
• Participate in the Europe 24/7 on-call support program and travel onsite when required.
