A leading beauty company is seeking a Packaging Optimization & Line Efficiency Intern for a 6-month internship in Settimo Torinese, Italy. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a STEM field and will be responsible for coordinating risk analyses for new product launches, optimizing packaging design, and managing technical validations. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in Italian and English are required. This role offers valuable experience in a dynamic and international environment with various corporate benefits.

Competenze

• Proficiency in MS Office for technical analysis and presentation.
• Excellent knowledge of Italian and fluent in English; basic French is a plus.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Production Units for risk analyses and technical reports.
• Coordinate packaging testing on automated lines for validation.
• Manage post-testing communication for packaging homologation.
• Participate in the design of packaging boxes and optimize pallet configurations.
• Conduct transport and quality tests to validate packaging integrity.
• Identify machinability issues and improve line performance.
