Position Overview

We're seeking talented Pharmacists to join our team in various roles including Pharmacy Services, Clinical Customer Care, and Fulfillment operations. Based on your interests, qualifications, and available job opportunities you may be placed in one of these specialized areas while maintaining core pharmacist responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement/ensure compliance with federal and state pharmacy laws and regulations
• Maintain compliance with Amazon Pharmacy operational guidelines/procedures
• Document professional communications/interactions appropriately
• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
• Evaluate prescriptions for clinical appropriateness
• Participate in quality assurance activities
• Provide clinical guidance/support
• Work with other healthcare team members/pharmacy staff
• Support interdepartmental communication and workflows

About the Team

Compensation & Benefits

• Estimated total compensation of $140,000 annually
• Earn up to $157,000 annually with shift differentials (if applicable)
• Wide‑ranging benefits that set industry standards

Salary Range

The base pay for this position ranges from $93,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $161,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. degree
• Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment
• Knowledge of pharmacy laws and federal/state regulations
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technology‑driven environment
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (written and verbal)
• Demonstrated problem‑solving and analytical skills

Physical Requirements

• May require the ability to lift up to 20 lbs (role‑dependent)
• May require extended periods of standing or sitting

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or mail‑order pharmacy experience
• Experience in customer service or clinical consultation
• Additional state pharmacy licenses
