Experteer Italy seeks a seasoned OT professional to own and evolve the Guidonia site’s Operational Technology landscape, ensuring reliable, compliant OT systems across manufacturing and lab infrastructure.

You will lead digitalization initiatives, optimize system integrations, and strengthen OT cybersecurity while partnering with local and global stakeholders to drive projects, lifecycle management, and regulatory adherence.

Competenze

• 3+ years in industrial automation, OT manufacturing, or process control.
• Experience driving OT projects and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
