Biopharma Careers seeks an OT System Engineer in Guidonia, Italy to support and advance the site’s Operational Technology landscape. You will drive project delivery, lifecycle management, and system availability for critical manufacturing and lab infrastructure.

You will champion OT cybersecurity, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and lead digitalization initiatives in a fast-paced, global collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 6+ years relevant experience).
• 3+ years in industrial automation, OT manufacturing, or process control.
• Skilled in industrial networks, server infrastructure, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Your Role

Join our team in Guidonia, Italy, as an expert OT System Engineer dedicated to supporting, maintaining, and advancing the site's Operational Technology landscape. In this pivotal position, you will drive project delivery, lifecycle management, system availability, and compliance for critical manufacturing and laboratory infrastructure. Partnering with local and global stakeholders, you will spearhead digitalization initiatives, optimize system integrations, and champion robust OT cybersecurity practices across all operations. Your expertise will directly ensure operational resilience, disaster recovery readiness, and strict adherence to regulatory standards. Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or 6+ years relevant experience).
• 3+ years in industrial automation, OT manufacturing, or process control.
• Skilled in industrial networks, server infrastructure, and virtualization.
• Strong knowledge of OT cybersecurity, risk management, and disaster recovery.
• Proven analytical skills to troubleshoot complex systems independently.
• Strong collaborator with solid cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Salary Package:

• Annual Base Salary (RAL): €40.000 - €55.000
• Categoria CCNL: C - B
• Variable Compensation (AIP)
