GlaxoSmithKline is hiring an OT Security and System Architecture Manager for the Rosia site in Italy. The role focuses on defining and governing the OT cybersecurity strategy, resilience framework, and target architecture to ensure secure, compliant operations within GMP/GxP.

This is an individual contributor position bridging OT, IT, Quality, and Global Cybersecurity. The candidate will lead risk assessments, threat modelling, and investment decisions while coordinating with global functions to

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, IT, Electronics, Industrial, or equivalent).
• At least 10 years of experience in similar roles in Pharma environments.
• Fluent Italian and English (written and spoken).

Mansioni

• Define and maintain OT Security Strategy aligned with Global policies.
• Govern OT Architecture including zones, conduits, and segmentation.
• Lead site-level risk assessments, threat modelling, and mitigation plans.
• Govern secure OT lifecycle from design to decommissioning.
• Act as SME during audits and inspections.
