Nozomi Networks is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver post-sales support, resolve complex issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering. You will build expertise across our OT/IoT cybersecurity platform and engage with customers in large environments.

The ideal candidate has proven customer-facing experience, strong Unix/Linux knowledge, networking and security expertise, and excellent English communication.

Competenze

• Experience in customer-facing roles as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Experience in network security in a support, design, consultancy or operations role.
• Strong knowledge of Unix Systems, virtualization, scripting, and API integrations.

Mansioni

• Provide post-sales break-fix, consulting, and collaboration with all stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
• Develop and maintain core competency on Nozomi Networks product line and technologies.
• Create knowledge base content where none exists while updating existing to correctly position solutions.
• Replicate and reproduce customer issues in the lab prior to escalating issue internally.
• Drive interactions with customers for resolution of issues while interacting internally with Product and Engineering Teams as needed.
• Assist with deployments, testing, and verification of infrastructure designs.
