Nozomi Networks is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to deliver post-sales support, diagnose complex issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams. The role emphasizes strong Unix, virtualization, scripting, and API skills, with a focus on OT/IoT security in large environments.

You will contribute to knowledge base content and assist in deploying secure infrastructure. Ideal candidates have experience in customer-facing tech support, a solid grasp of security principles, and

Competenze

• Proven experience in customer-facing roles as Technical Support Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of Unix systems, virtualization, scripting and API integrations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Provide post-sales break-fix and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Resolve technical issues and bring about improvements in processes with autonomy.
• Develop and maintain core competency on Nozomi Networks product line and technologies.
• Create knowledge base content and update existing articles to position solutions.
• Replicate and reproduce customer issues in the lab prior to escalation.
• Support customers with infrastructure design, deployment, testing and verification.
