Stefanini EMEA is seeking an OT Technical Lead to deliver and validate end-to-end OT cybersecurity solutions through controlled pilot deployments in live factory environments.

You will coordinate OT, IT, and vendor teams, ensuring safe pilot execution and alignment with engineering standards. The role stresses collaboration, risk minimization, and documented outcomes across a global initiative.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of OT/IT experience in OT Engineering, OT Cybersecurity, or OT/IT integration.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of network security, remote access, PAM, AD, SCADA, and industrial networks.
• Experience leading deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and coordinating vendors or teams.
• Experience with risk assessment, compliance, and documentation.

Mansioni

• Translate OT cybersecurity designs into executable pilot technical packages.
• Assess implementation against architecture, standards, and policies.
• Propose practical countermeasures to improve the reference package.
• Act as remote technical lead during pilots, coordinating teams.
• Ensure pilots are safe for production and plant-friendly.
• Coordinate external vendors and ensure alignment with pilot scope.
• Drive validation of configurations and coordinate testing during pilots.
• Troubleshoot OT/IT/cyber issues across networks and tools.
• Ensure compliance with OT security standards and internal policies.
• Produce pilot documentation including reports and manuals.
