Encavis AG in Milano is seeking an experienced Origination Manager Italy to drive commercial success in a dynamic renewables market. You will originate and structure PPAs, manage tender processes, and build long‑term relationships with industrial offtakers and utilities.

Working with cross‑functional teams, you will translate market opportunities into executable commercial solutions, advocate for Encavis’ growth strategy, and represent the company in key negotiations across Italy.

Qualificações

At least five years of experience in renewable energy origination, energy trading, or comparable roles with proven success in structuring and closing corporate PPAs in Italy.
Strong understanding of the Italian energy market and the commercial dynamics of renewable generation and storage assets.
Established network with industrial clients, corporate energy buyers, utilities and market participants in Italy.
commercially driven and able to develop structured, competitive, value‑acretive solutions for customers and portfolio needs.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills; comfortable with senior internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in Italian and English; able to operate in an international business environment.

Responsabilidades

Origination & Execution: originate, structure, negotiate and execute short- and long‑term PPAs and route‑to‑market solutions across technologies and portfolio structures.
Market Development & Relationship Management: build and manage relationships with corporate offtakers, utilities and market participants to expand Encavis’ pipeline in Italy.
Tender Management & Commercial Offers: prepare and manage PPA tenders, evaluate opportunities and submit competitive offers.
Tailored Commercial Solutions: develop customized structures maximizing portfolio value and supporting Encavis’ growth objectives in Italy.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with Investment, Project Finance, Legal, Energy Portfolio Management and Energy Risk Management.
Market Representation & Negotiation: represent Encavis in key commercial discussions and negotiations with external partners.

As Origination Manager Italy, you play a key role in shaping Encavis’ commercial success in one of Europe’s most dynamic renewable energy markets. You are responsible for building and expanding long‑term partnerships, originating innovative PPA structures and translating market opportunities into executable commercial solutions. Working closely with investment, finance, risk and legal experts, you ensure that commercial strategies are both competitive and sustainable. This role combines entrepreneurial market development with hands‑on deal execution and offers you the opportunity to directly contribute to the growth of Encavis’ renewable energy portfolio in Italy while actively supporting the energy transition.

Your sunny outlook:

PPA Origination & Execution: You originate, structure, negotiate and execute short- and long‑term Power Purchase Agreements and other route‑to‑market solutions across different technologies and portfolio structures.

Market Development & Relationship Management: You build and manage strong relationships with corporate offtakers, utilities and key market participants to expand Encavis’ commercial pipeline in Italy.

Tender Management & Commercial Offers: You prepare and manage PPA tender processes, evaluate commercial opportunities and submit competitive, well‑structured offers to counterparties.

Tailored Commercial Solutions: You develop customized commercial structures that maximize portfolio value and support Encavis’ long‑term growth objectives in the Italian market.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration: You work closely with internal teams such as Investment, Project Finance, Legal, Energy Portfolio Management and Energy Risk Management to ensure that commercial strategies are executable and aligned with broader business objectives.

Market Representation & Negotiation: You represent Encavis in key commercial discussions and negotiations, positioning the company as a reliable and professional partner in the Italian energy market.

Relevant Professional Experience: You bring at least five years of experience in renewable energy origination, energy trading, corporate energy sales or comparable commercial roles, with proven success in structuring and closing corporate PPAs in Italy.
