Job summary

Custom Staffing is hiring for a 3rd Shift Operations Support role in the extrusion department. You will assist operators, cut cores, and help prepare materials for upcoming jobs while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Duties include building boxes, moving materials, and disposing of scrap.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and overtime as needed.

Schedule: 10:00pm-6:30pm, Sunday-Thursday

Pay: $18.75/hr.

Responsibilities:

• This position will be in the extrusion department,strictly for operational support.
• They will be cutting cores, cleaning the area, making boxes, help remove shafts, or other work unrelated to running lines.
