Job summary

Custom Staffing is hiring for a 3rd Shift Operations Support role in the extrusion department. You will assist operators, cut cores, and help prepare materials for upcoming jobs while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Duties include building boxes, moving materials, and disposing of scrap.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist extrusion operators with general production tasks

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris
• Build boxes for shipments.
• Dispose of scrap and maintain proper housekeeping standards
• Move materials and supplies to designated areas with a roll cart
