Job summary

ARaymond in Lombardy is seeking a Production Operator to join the manufacturing team. You will manage extrusion-focused rubber and plastic production processes, operate equipment, and monitor quality to ensure continuous flow across lines.

You will work on a three-shift schedule (6-14, 14-22, 22-6, Monday to Friday), demonstrate teamwork, follow procedures, and perform quality checks. A high school diploma and prior manufacturing exposure are required; Italian language proficiency is mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a structured manufacturing environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor production activities in compliance with operating instructions and company quality standards.
• Operate assigned equipment and machinery, ensuring proper functioning and continuity of the production process.
• Perform activities across different stages of material processing and manufacturing.
• Carry out quality checks on products and production processes.
• Demonstrate teamwork and the ability to work independently in carrying out assigned tasks.
