Unobravo is seeking an Operations Lead to own the therapist onboarding journey and drive automation across acquisition and onboarding processes. You will build dashboards, reduce bottlenecks, and enable teams with efficient workflows in a fast-growing mental health platform.

With 3–5 years in operations, you’ll lead cross-functional initiatives, integrate new strategic streams, and ensure a compliant, high-quality experience for therapists and patients alike, while championing scalable processes

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management.
• Hands-on experience with AI-based process automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-variability operational environments.
• Fluency in English.

• Redesign and optimise the therapist offboarding process, ensuring a smooth and compliant experience while gathering scalability and preserving patients needs.

We are looking for an Operations Lead thatwill play a key role in ensuring the operational excellence of the Supply & Onboarding management focusing on processes automation and optimizations and proactively addressing risks, bottlenecks, and disruptions.

Salary range: EUR 30,000 - 40,000 in line with our commitment to transparent and equitable compensation practices

What You'll Do

• Oversee, own and optimize the full acquisition and onboarding journey of new therapists, ensuring targets are met in line with company growth
• Own the implementation of process automation across acquisition and onboarding areas and drive the adoption of AI tooling
• Build insightful dashboards to monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of our acquisition and onboarding funnel, identifying bottlenecks, drop-offs, and opportunities for improvement
• Provide teams with the right tools and operating mechanisms to streamline their workflows and enable more effective ways of working
• Oversee and continuously improve the clinical acquisition and onboarding processes and team organization, ensuring a high-quality and consistent experience
• Act as the cross-team integration point of reference for new strategic streams of work across the company into the acquisition and onboarding processes

Must-have

• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, Service Operations or Program Management (preferably in high-volume scale-ups)
• Proved hands-on experience with process automation AI-based
• Strong analytical mindset: comfortable reading and working data, identifying patterns, and building the case for change with a strong bias toward execution
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-variability operational environments.
• Strong familiarity with operational metrics, SLAs, and structured workflows.
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English
