Amazon is looking for an Operations Manager in its Pathways Leadership Program in Italy. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage people and processes, and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic operations environment.

Successful candidates have an MBA or Master’s degree and 3+ years of experience, with flexibility for weekends and holidays. Relocation and global travel may be involved across multiple Italian sites.

• MBA or Master’s degree (or in progress) is required or pursued.
• 3+ years of professional or military experience.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
