Comer Industries, based in Reggiolo, is offering an internship in the Matera plant area. You will collaborate with the operations team to execute activities and gain hands-on experience in production management.

During the internship, you will participate in defining and monitoring operation KPIs, training on procedures, supporting internal audits with customers, and addressing product and process issues while developing your understanding of quality systems.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Postgraduate specialization in Quality is a plus.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Good knowledge of English language.

Mansioni

• Participate in defining and monitoring operation KPIs within production and plant processes.

Position

The internship will take place in the operation function in Matera plant area.

The candidate will collaborate with the operation function in the execution of activities.

In Particular, after having acquired the necessary knowledge In terms of products, processes and reference standards, he/she will be involved In particular In the following activities

• Participation in defining and, where necessary, monitoring operation kpi within production and plant processes.
• Training on the application of the procedures and management tools referred to therein
• Participation in internal audits involving customers
• Verification and resolution of any product and process operation issues

Skills To Be Developed

• Knowledge of the reference context, of the products and processes and of the reference standards system
• Knowledge of methodologies for evaluating and developing operation performance
• Ability to work and relate to work groups
• Ability to communicate and present complex data
• Using problem solving techniques

Requirements

• Degree in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar.
• Postgraduate courses/specializations in Quality are a plus
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Good knowledge of the English language
