Qualifications

• 8+ years of leadership experience in risk management or a similar role.
• Strong business acumen with a risk-reward control perspective.
• Experience interacting with regulators and familiarity with Italian regulatory landscape.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written).
• Degree in business, economics, engineering, law, risk management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as operational risk SME, interpreting ORMF and Enterprise expectations for the Italian context.
• Oversee and articulate the operational risk profile of risk-generating activities.
• Provide risk-informed perspective and challenge on matters affecting governance or regulatory position.
• Support reporting and governance materials with audience-appropriate detail.
• Oversee remediation of issues and govern ILE risk documents as needed.
• Lead 2nd Line oversight for ILE regulatory change management related to Ops Risk.
• Coordinate with RAF metrics alignment between ILE and Enterprise where possible.
• Serve as main contact for regulators, Audit and local Leadership on Operational Risk.
• Represent Operational Risk on LE risk committees and board meetings as required.
