Human Technopole in Milan seeks a Risk Management Expert to develop, implement, and maintain the Foundation's risk management framework, ensuring governance and regulatory alignment. You will identify, assess, and mitigate strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks while supporting senior leadership.

The role offers growth in enterprise risk management, crisis readiness, and cross-functional integration, with an emphasis on a mature risk culture and international collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in law, business, finance, risk management, or related field.
• At least 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or related field.
• Experience implementing risk assessment methodologies in complex organizations.
• Experience supporting governance bodies and preparing high-level risk analyses.
• Experience collaborating with public authorities, research institutions, or ministries is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the risk management framework.
• Collaborate across departments to identify, assess and mitigate risks.
• Support senior leadership in risk oversight and decision-making.
• Ensure risk controls are applied and continuously improved.
