David Lloyd Clubs Italia SRL is seeking an Operations Manager in Arese to lead a large leisure facility, ensuring exceptional member experience seven days a week.

You will act as Duty Manager, oversee health & safety, and drive compliance while delivering outstanding service and team leadership in a premium health and wellness environment.

Competenze

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.
