Hitachi Energy Italy cerca una risorsa da inserire nel reparto finitura della sede di Monselice (PD). La figura si occuperà di preparare la parte attiva del trasformatore per l’essiccazione, assemblare componenti esterni e completare le fasi di impregnazione e pre-spedizione.

Si richiede diploma tecnico, buona lettura di disegni e disponibilità al lavoro su turni. È gradita conoscenza base dell’inglese e capacità di lavorare in team in un contesto di produzione di trasformatori.

Qualifications

• Diploma di maturità o attestato tecnico richiesto o preferibile.
• Buona lettura e comprensione dei disegni tecnici.
• Preferibile conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
• Attitudine al lavoro manuale e al dettaglio.
• Capacità di lavorare in team e disponibilità al lavoro su turni.

Responsabilités

• Preparazione della parte attiva del trasformatore per l’asciugazione e registrazione dopo trattamento.
• Assemblaggio di componenti esterni del trasformatore (refrigerante e accessori).
• Riempimento olio per impregnazione parte attiva.
• Finiture pre-collaudo e pre-spedizione del trasformatore.
• Montaggio e abbassamento olio dopo i test.
• Utilizzo di attrezzature e macchine specializzate e manutenzione della funzionalità.
• Supporto al risolvimento di problemi di routine in produzione.
• Contributo al miglioramento continuo evidenziando criticità e proposte di soluzione.

Posizione

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nel reparto finitura.

Responsabilità

• preparazione della parte attiva del trasformatore per l’essicazione, sua successiva registrazione dopo il trattamento e messa in cassa
• assemblaggio di componenti esterni del trasformatore (complesso refrigerante e accessori)
• riempimento olio per impregnazione parte attiva
• finiture trasformatore pre collaudo
• smontaggio e ribassamento olio dopo test
• finiture pre spedizione e carico
• utilizzo attrezzature specifiche e/o una gamma di strumenti e macchine specializzate contribuendo a mantenerne la funzionalità
• supporto a risoluzione problemi di routine relativi alla produzione
• contributo al miglioramento continuo sottolineando le criticità/problemi e supportandone la risoluzione

Requisiti

• Preferibile diploma di maturità o attestato professionale di 3 anni in ambito tecnico.
• Buona capacità di lettura e comprensione dei disegni tecnici.
• Preferibile buona capacità di saldatura acciaio.
• Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana.
• È fortemente consigliata una conoscenza base della lingua inglese.
• Attitudine al lavoro manuale e attenzione ai dettagli.
• Proattività e capacità di lavorare in team.
• Disponibilità al lavoro su turni.
