Lever, Inc. is seeking an OpenStack Engineering Manager based in Italy to lead a distributed engineering team delivering managed private-cloud services worldwide.
You will blend technical leadership with people management, drive service delivery, and champion continuous engineering improvements across OpenStack, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud infrastructures. You will coordinate priorities, milestones, SLAs, and outcomes while maintaining strong customer relationships in a remote-first environment
Competenze
- Bachelor’s degree in technology-related field or equivalent.
- Proven OpenStack experience and software delivery capability.
- Strong testing understanding and code quality practices.
- Linux system administration experience; Ubuntu/Debian familiarity is a plus.
- Experience leading distributed teams and navigating remote work.
- Proficient in agile software development and stakeholder communication.
