ABB Smart Power in Lazio, Italy seeks a procurement professional to purchase materials per specs, price, and delivery terms, aligning with corporate policies. You will assist in identifying new suppliers with the category team and monitor supplier performance against PO requirements.

You will initiate POs, negotiate with main suppliers, manage supplier KPIs, propose frame agreements, verify supplier capacity, and evaluate bids for best value.

Competenze

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Economy.
• Experience in Operations is a plus.
• Negotiation skills are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus; MS Office and Power BI are desirable.
• Familiarity with mechanical technologies is a benefit.

Mansioni

• Initiating Purchase Orders in the system per requisitions and standard procedures.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and renewing price lists and terms.
• Managing assigned suppliers to achieve target KPIs.
• Proposing frame agreements and obtaining approval.
• Verifying supplier capacity and sourcing new suppliers.
• Analyzing bids to determine the best value.
