Job summary

RINA is seeking a Configuration Management Engineer (Onsite) to join the Turin office within the Digital Product & Platform Engineering Division. You will support software configuration management activities across PLM/PDM systems, ensuring traceability and proper documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in configuration management, product lifecycle management or related engineering activities.
• Experience with PLM/PDM tools such as Serena, Windchill, Matrix, SAP or Teamcenter.
• Understanding of product configuration management, change management and product lifecycle processes.
• Ability to review and manage technical documentation and product configuration data.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Italian and English at B2 level or above.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support suppliers and customers in preparing Engineering Change Proposals and analyzing impact of design changes.
• Analyze and manage tasks through the PLM system, including Promotion Requests, Change Notices and documentation releases.
• Organize internal and external Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and prepare meeting minutes.
• Analyze Configuration Management Plans and produce supporting documentation.
• Support Design Authorities in managing design changes within PLM/PDM systems.
• Manage and control the structures of items catalogued in the PLM/PDM system.
• Participate in Design Reviews (PDR, DDR, CDR, FDR).
