Job summary

Launchmetrics is seeking a DataOps Support Operator to identify root causes of user requests and manage prompter solutions to keep clients satisfied. You will share insights with the DataOps and wider LM teams to maintain proactive coverage and data quality.

Collaborating with DataOps Quality, DMR Account Managers, and DMR Tech, you will propose technical or process initiatives to improve customer support activities. A proactive, autonomous, English-speaking professional is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage fireline requests and provide quick feedback to users.

• Collaborate with DataOps Quality, DMR AM, and DMR Tech teams on initiatives to improve support.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a DataOps Support Operator, you will mainly handle customer’s requests identifying root causes and managing prompter solutions to keep client’s satisfaction and provide meaningful insights to other team members to increase a proactive coverage maintenance. You will collaborate with other teams, both within DataOps and in the wider LM organization, such as DMR AM Team and DMR Tech Team providing feedback, supporting requests, etc.

Missions:

• Management of fireline requests

  • Give feedback to users fixing their issues as fast as possible

  • Basic checks on media registry and documents contents

• Management of coverage additions :

  • Propose new sources to add

  • Media/sections creation and enrichment

• Collaborate with DataOps Quality Team, DMR Account Managers Team and DMR Tech Team to propose tech or processes initiatives to improve our customer support activities
