Upsilon Global is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for Oncology based in Rome, Italy. The role supports EU and global trial initiatives with a flexible hybrid or remote work setup in the Rome area. Immediate start and strong leadership capabilities are required to drive project delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading clinical operations teams in pharma/CRO environments.
• Strong track record delivering oncology trials from site start-up to closeout.
• Fluent English with Italian language skills for cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor CRAs and trial staff, ensuring high performance.
• Direct operational deliverables for oncology projects from start-up to closeout.
• Coordinate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP, EU CTR, and local Italian regulations.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and track timelines and budgets.
