Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist Intern for our Supply Chain and Logistics team at the Cameri facility in Cameri (NO), Italy.

This 6-month on-site internship focuses on customer service, order management, and logistics within an international manufacturing environment. You will work with experienced colleagues to process orders, coordinate deliveries, and support data analysis using Oracle ERP and Excel.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Interest in customer service, order management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Prior internship or admin exposure is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Support daily management of customer orders and forecasts in internal systems.
Review and analyze delivery schedules, identify changes in demand and order variations.
Communicate with European customers on order status and schedules.
Collaborate with Logistics, Production Planning, and Warehouse teams to coordinate deliveries.
Support monitoring of shipments from Cameri to customers to ensure timely deliveries.
Identify and resolve order or delivery discrepancies with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer and shipment records and perform data entry and archiving.
Gain experience using Oracle ERP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
