Job summary

A2 Federal is seeking an on-site Field Service Representative to support the Scalable GEOINT / IGEA node in Vicenza, Italy. You will perform break/fix repairs, troubleshoot GEOINT tools like SOCET GXP, and ensure equipment meets security and inventory requirements.

You will coordinate with the Fort Gordon Help Desk, document activities in JIRA, train users, and guide junior staff on installations, while maintaining readiness for 24/7/365 on-call support with two-hour response windows.

Qualifications

• Experience performing on-site field service for IT systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot GEOINT tools and standard desktops.
• Experience documenting activities and supporting users on installations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as full-time on-site Field Service Representative at GEOINT location; perform break/fix repairs.
