SKF Group is seeking a Facility & Energy Maintenance Specialist for the SKF Automotive Business in Airasca, Italy. The role focuses on managing site facilities, utilities, and energy systems to ensure safety, reliability, and energy efficiency within a manufacturing setting.

You will develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, analyze data, and support energy strategies in collaboration with the Energy Manager.

Qualifications

Technical degree in mechanical/electrical/energy/industrial field.
Several years of facility management, utilities maintenance, energy management, or industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in manufacturing/industrial environment preferred.
Strong CAD and technical design system knowledge.
Proficient in HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.

Responsabilités

Coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for buildings, utilities and infrastructure.
Design new systems related to material handling equipment and production line logistics.
Ensure operation of HVAC, electrical, gas, lighting, water networks, lifting equipment and PED vessels.
Monitor facility conditions and identify improvements to enhance reliability, safety and efficiency.
Support renovations and upgrades of plant and facility systems.
Monitor energy consumption and identify energy-saving opportunities.
