Reboot Monkey seeks a Data Center Technician for freelance work in Pordenone, Italy. This on-site role supports critical infrastructure at premier data center facilities and involves hardware installations, migrations, and cabling.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in data center or IT infrastructure, strong cabling skills, and server hardware knowledge. Proficient English communication and own transport are required.

Competenze

Minimum 2 years in data center or IT infrastructure.
Strong cabling skills (Cat5e/6/6a, fiber).
Experience with server hardware (Dell, HP, Supermicro).
Professional communication in English.
On-site work with own transportation.

Mansioni

Perform hardware installations, decommissions, and migrations.
Execute structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
Rack, stack, and label servers.
Perform cross-connects and patch panel work.
Troubleshoot connectivity and hardware issues.
Document work with photos and notes.
Coordinate with remote NOC and client teams.
