Reboot Monkey in Ancona, Italy, is seeking a Data Center Technician for a full-time, on-site role to support critical infrastructure at our data center facilities. You will install and maintain server and network equipment, perform structured cabling, monitor power and cooling, and respond to incidents.

The role requires 3+ years in data center operations, strong problem-solving, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and a willingness to on-call rotations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in data center operations.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
• Experience with rack & stack operations.
• Strong documentation and communication.
• Power distribution and UPS knowledge.
• Willingness for on-call rotations.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices (preferred).

Mansioni

• Install, configure, and maintain server and network equipment.
• Perform structured cabling (copper and fiber optic).
• Execute hardware deployments and decommissions.
• Monitor environmental systems (power, cooling, security).
• Respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Maintain documentation and asset tracking.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams.
• Participate in capacity planning and upgrades.
