Job summary

LuxExperience in Milan is seeking a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to join the Size & Fit team on-site. You will work with the live model team to prepare size and fit information for all SKUs on your shooting list.

We look for 1–3 years in Size & Fit, a bachelor’s degree in fashion marketing or similar, knowledge of international sizing for women and men, and strong English. The starting gross annual base salary is €24,300, with final compensation varying by experience.

• 1–3 years of Size & Fit experience.
• Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar.
• Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing.
• Knowledge of product category: Ready-to-wear and accessories.
• Organized, reliable and a team player.
• Resilient with a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• English written and verbal skills.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Produce size & fit information for all SKUs on shooting list alongside live model team.
• Ensure all SKUs are complete with high standards and in a timely manner.
• Conduct proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and opportunities.
• Align with other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation.
• Be a source of knowledge on size & fit as well as fabrics.
• Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure alignment with our DNA and standards.
• Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead to maintain consistency and precision.

To support our Size & Fit team we are searching for a Junior Size & Fit Specialist (f/m/d) to be based in our Milan office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Alongside the live model team on set produce the size & fit information for all skus assigned within your shooting list
• Ensure all skus in the shooting list are complete with high standards and in a timely manner
• Conducting proactive market and competitor research to identify industry trends and strategic opportunities
• Align with the other Size & Fit specialists to organize model rotation
• Be a source of knowledge when it comes to size & fit as well as fabrics
• Provide guidance to the freelancer team to ensure they are aligned with our DNA and standards
• Proactively flag blockers and present solutions to the Size & Fit Team Lead in order to support with consistency and precision regarding the information transmitted to our customers

WHO YOU ARE

• 1-3 years of experience working within the Size & Fit field
• Bachelor degree in fashion marketing or similar
• Understanding of Women and Menswear international sizing
• Knowledge of product category: Ready to wear and accessories
• Organized, reliable and team player
• Resilient with a problem solving mentality, able to work in a fast past environment
